Rockingham Project.

The brief for this project was to transform a dark, and dated small house into a bright, airy, coastal inspired, functional family home.

We completed a full interior renovation as well as landscaping and backyard renovation. A home fit for the beachside lifestyle with mechanically polished concrete, timber, textural elements and lots of interactive spaces for entertaining.

This renovation was done on a tight budget, and I think reflects the fact that you don’t always need huge budgets to create beauty and functionality. Just a well-considered and thoroughly planned renovation, allocating budgets to where it would have the biggest impacts. All while not compromising on quality and finishes.
